character creation
>>01. when joining eviternity, create one ooc account that is your alias. from there you can link your character accounts to your ooc account.

>>08. as of right now, we have a suggested character maximum of 10 characters. however, if the staff notices you seem to be struggling with more characters you might be asked to give one up for a while.
before you can create a second character, we ask that you wait one week, and that your first character has 25 in character posts. for every character you make after your second character, we just ask for those 25 in character posts.
>>09. if using fanart for your icons, try to get permission from the artist and link to their art blog or profile directly. if you cannot ask permission for whatever reason, at the very least you need to link to their art blog/profile in your signature.
if we find out that you have asked and were told no but go ahead and use the art anyway, you will be asked to take it down. failure to comply will result in the staff taking it down and a warning against you.
>>10. we have 4 levels of warning.
1 warning will result in simply being warned that you're in violation of the rules.
2 warnings will result in having one of your characters on a one week ban. if you have only one character, there will not be an exception to this rule.
3 warnings will result in being unable to create any new characters for two months.
4 warnings will result in a one month long ban from eviternity. your accounts will be in stasis, and your characters will not be deleted. you simply won't be allowed to post. 4 site warnings translates to 3 warnings in the discord.
general forum rules
>>01. this one's simple, no godmoding or powerplaying. the only characters you control are your own.
>>02. in accordance with pb's tos, the content on our forum can only be 13+, and the member age must be 13+. sexual things and heavily detailed drug use are not allowed, and anything alluding to that nature must fade to black, no exceptions. if you are over 18 and wish to take those more detailed scenes to private messages, that's your prerogative. none of it can take place in the public of the forum.
>>03. no homophobia, transphobia, racism, misogyny, or bigotry. be kind to each other. the exception is if it's in character and discussed between members before hand.
>>04. all in character posts must be in 3rd person and be in past tense. ex. "Lena was excited to be back in London. It had been so long since she'd seen Emily and she was looking forward to kissing her girlfriend properly."
>>05. we have no word count on eviternity. however we do ask that there are no one line replies and that you give your rp partner enough to reply to.
>>06. each character you have must make at least 1 in character post a week. if you have a canon character, that number needs to be upped to 3 posts a week. the exception is if you've let us know in the absences board that you won't be active.
